Village Center

Village Center is located in Monument Colorado. The project consists of single family homes, multi family homes, and retail commercial subdivisions. The project is broken into four filings: Village Center Estates and Village Center Highlands in Filing 1, Village Center Estates in Filing 2, a future multi family complex in Filing 3, and a commercial parcel in Filing 4. There are also plans for an assisted living facility on the northern side of the property along Highway 105.

Village Center Metropolitan District

The Village Center Metropolitan District provides several essential services for the Village Center Community. The primary responsibilities of The District are:

• Maintenance of the streets including snow removal
• Maintenance of the storm water system
• Maintenance of the common areas

SNOW REMOVAL NOTICE: Due to budgetary constraints the Village Center Metropolitan District will be removing snow only when four inches or more of accumulation exists.

Per Senate Bill 09-87 (C.R.S. Article 1, Title 32), this wbsite is considered a Puplic Posting Place for the Village Center Metropolitan District.
